Ann L. Ramsey

Ann Ramsey concentrates her practice in commercial real estate finance and loan restructure transactions involving various industry segments, including office, multifamily, warehouse, industrial, retail, manufacturing, and nursing home, assisted living and continuing care retirement community (CCRC) properties. She has had many years' experience representing borrowers, lenders, servicers, participants, purchasers, sellers and equity investors in complex multi-state and multi-property transactions, including commercial mortgage backed securities (CMBSs), loan syndications and participations, mezzanine financing, tranching, credit enhancement, and other sophisticated aspects of structured finance transactions.

Ms. Ramsey's experience includes commercial loan transactions and syndications involving collateral other than real estate, including inventory, accounts receivable and other asset backed loan transactions, as well as real estate foreclosures and sales of personal property under Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code.
