Anne DiSalvo focuses her practice on representing management in labor and employment matters, including discrimination, wage and hour and restrictive covenants.

During law school, Anne served as an executive editor for the Maryland Law Review and participated on the National Trial Team. Anne was also a law clerk for the Homeless Persons Representation Project as the recipient of the Maryland Public Interest Law Project, Inc. Summer Grant. There, she drafted settlement agreements and advocacy letters on behalf of public benefits recipients and conducted client intake in Baltimore City.

Prior to law school, Anne was a legal assistant at the Gulf Region Advocacy Center (GRACE) as a member of the Jesuit Volunteer Corps. In this capacity, she helped to conduct pre-trial and appellate mitigation investigations for criminal defendants facing capital murder charges in Texas and Louisiana.
