Mr. Forte concentrates his practice in the area of commercial real estate transactions, with an emphasis on site acquisition, land use approvals and permitting, construction, historic preservation, and leasing matters. Mr. Forte is also a member of the Firm's Telecommunications Practice Group and has assisted wireless communications clients in obtaining zoning variances and related approvals for telecommunications towers and other wireless facilities throughout the City of Philadelphia. Most recently, he has provided real estate legal counsel to clients in the healthcare, telecommunications, retail and hospitality industries and has assisted clients with major residential condominium developments and other large construction projects in Philadelphia.
