Bruce D. Armon

Bruce D. Armon is a Partner in the Health Practice and Managing Partner of the firm's Philadelphia office. He previously was Co-Chair of the Health Practice, and also served as Hiring Partner for the firm.

Bruce concentrates his practice in corporate healthcare law. He has assisted physicians, physician groups, hospitals, ancillary providers, healthcare entrepreneurs and insurers in a host of matters including: drafting, editing and negotiating contracts, statutory and regulatory compliance matters including HIPAA implementation, fraud and abuse statutes, and payment and reimbursement issues.

He regularly lectures to a variety of medical audiences on healthcare-related legal issues, and writes articles and handbooks for multiple publications. He is regularly quoted in publications regarding healthcare legal and regulatory issues.

Bruce is active in the community, and serves on the boards of the Pennsylvania School for the Deaf, the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, the Committee of Seventy and Adath Jeshuran Synagogue.
