Elizabeth S. Stano is an associate in the Project and Resource Development Practice where she concentrates her practice in transactional and land use matters.

As a member of the Transactional Real Estate Practice, Elizabeth counsels clients on the development approval process, acquisition, leasing, planned developments, and easements.

As a member of the Land Use and Eminent Domain Practice, she assists in securing zoning and land development approvals for commercial developments, residential developments, and utility facilities.

While in law school, Elizabeth was a legal research assistant and worked as a legal writing fellow for the Academic Support Program. She was an intern at the Harrisburg Civil Law Clinic, where her responsibilities included representing indigent clients before referees at unemployment compensation hearings and negotiating with opposing counsel. Elizabeth is the author of "Tyson v. School District of Philadelphia: Deciding the Scope of Due Process Requirements in the Public School Disciplinary System," published in Volume 12, Issue 2 of the Widener Law Journal.

Elizabeth has served as legal counsel for Habitat for Humanity of Chester County and as a volunteer for the Committee of Seventy and Via of the Lehigh Valley.
