Heather Pruger's practice consists of a broad range employment law, litigation and business matters.

Heather represents employers before federal and state tribunals in a wide variety of employment litigation matters involving claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful discharge, wage and hour compliance, breach of contract, and non-competition and restrictive covenant violations. She also analyzes, drafts and counsels clients concerning restrictive covenants, employment agreements and employment policies.

Prior to joining Saul Ewing, Heather was a law clerk for U.S. Magistrate Judge Susan K. Gauvey in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland.
