Jason St. John focuses his practice on commercial litigation, with an emphasis on telecommunications litigation, real estate/land use litigation, commercial lease litigation and insurance coverage disputes. He represents professionals in lawsuits alleging professional malpractice, including real estate brokers/agents and insurance brokers. In addition, Jason has represented clients in a broad range of matters including construction disputes, environmental claims and transportation matters.
Jason has aided carriers and tower companies in zoning and siting processes, including representing carriers in litigation arising from infrastructure placement.
He has appeared before state and federal courts, as well as arbitration panels, throughout the country, and has handled numerous administrative proceedings in the State of Maryland.
Jason is an adjunct professor at the University of Maryland School of Law where he teaches courses in pre-trial civil litigation and appellate advocacy. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
