Jennifer DeRose is an Associate in the Litigation Department in the Baltimore office. Her practice primarily consists of business litigation in the state and federal courts, representing clients in the manufacturing, telecommunications, and waste management industries, among others. Ms. DeRose also devotes a substantial part of her practice to regulatory matters concerning energy and utilities.
Ms. DeRose is admitted to practice in the United States Courts of Appeals for the Fourth and Tenth Circuits, the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, and all Maryland state courts.
While in law school, Ms. DeRose played a leadership role on both the Maryland Law Review and the University of Maryland School of Law Moot Court Board. Prior to law school, she designed, organized, and led tours for American college students in Europe. She also previously served as the Program Coordinator for the University of California at Los Angeles Social Sciences Collegium.
