As a partner in the Litigation, Real Estate, Construction and Consumer Financial Services practices, Kim focuses her practice on the litigation of business disputes, financial services litigation, construction and related real estate cases, including commercial real estate litigation, delay and payment claims, title litigation, landlord/tenant disputes, contract disputes and warranty issues.

Kim is a frequent lecturer on real property and construction litigation issues. Recent presentations she has participated in include:

  • Complex title litigation brought by and on behalf of title insurers and their insureds, involving boundary disputes, probate, easements, and recordation errors
  • Prosecution and defense of bid protests concerning competitive proposals submitted to Baltimore City and Maryland procurement authorities involving contracts valued in excess of $20 million
  • Defense of national finance company in connection with consumer class actions valued in excess of $1.5 million
  • Defense of manufacturer in connection with $5 million claim brought by terminated distributor
  • Defense of industrial tenant in connection with $1.5 million claim brought by former landlord
