Mark Gruhin is a business lawyer who has been practicing law for 30 years. In addition to his legal practice, he has co-founded and been involved in several start-up businesses, including Careerbuilder.com.
Mark has an extensive amount of general corporate experience in venture capital, private equity, M&A, securities regulation, government contracts, financial transactions, and investments in real estate and closely held corporations. His practice focuses on numerous industries with a particular emphasis on high technology and biotechnology.
In his corporate law practice, Mark represents domestic and foreign corporations, entrepreneurs, partnerships, limited liability companies, nonprofits, ESOPs and cooperatives in their formation, day-to-day operations and corporate, financial and contractual transactions. His corporate experience includes serving as outside general counsel, structuring, drafting and negotiating transactions in connection with due diligence, asset sales and acquisitions, stock acquisitions, mergers, private placements, IPOs, venture capital transactions and lending transactions.
