Mark A. Simanowith

Mark Simanowith focuses his practice on commercial litigation, with an emphasis on contract disputes, commercial lease litigation, real estate/land use litigation, insurance coverage disputes and litigation involving non-compete agreements. He practices in all Maryland state and federal courts, and has appeared before the U.S. District Courts for the Districts of New Jersey and North Carolina, and state courts in Massachusetts. Mark has also handled numerous administrative proceedings in Maryland and Virginia.

Prior to law school, Mark was a financial advisor with an Annapolis-based financial services company that focused on providing retirement planning. In this capacity, he managed a team of investment advisors as well as provided financial services to an extensive client base with more than $150 million in assets.
