Nailah's practice also involves advising clients on policy and regulatory compliance and corporate and board governance.

Prior to practicing law, while pursuing a J.D. and an M.B.A. degree simultaneously, Nailah worked as a summer clerk for a law firm in Philadelphia. In this capacity, she conducted extensive legal research, wrote memoranda, drafted and critiqued trial briefs and pleadings and drafted transactional documents for complex real estate matters. Nailah also worked as a research assistant for a law professor, and spent her undergraduate summers as a paralegal for Jenkins, Wolf, Rubinate, Hasson & Styliades, the in-house counsel for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company in Philadelphia.
