Patrick G. Oakes

Mr. Oakes is a Partner in Saul Ewing's Business and Finance Department. He is also a member of the Firm's Insurance Practice Group and the Health Law Practice Group. He represents a wide array of business and individual clients with varied economic interests involved in national and international pursuits, including real estate, healthcare, banking, and insurance matters. His experience includes advising clients on acquisitions, joint ventures, financings, regulatory matters, litigation, and development matters.

He is actively involved in transactional and general representation of healthcare providers, real estate companies, and business and reinsurance clients.
