Ryan L. DiClemente

Ryan DiClemente is an associate in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group where he focuses his practice on general commercial litigation. Ryan has experience in complex state and federal litigation, including in the areas of financial services, residential mortgage lending, auto finance and contested foreclosures. He has defended various clients against individual and putative class actions. He also has experience litigating claims arising under the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act, the New Jersey Home Ownership Security Act, the Truth in Lending Act, the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, and various other federal and state statutory and common law causes of action.

During his time at Seton Hall Law School, Ryan was an intern for the Honorable Michelle Hollar-Gregory, Superior Court Judge in Newark, New Jersey. In addition, he was active in the Civil Litigation Clinic, Center for Social Justice, which provided pro bono legal services for economically disadvantaged residents in the region. Ryan also served as Constitutional Law teaching and research assistant.
