Sarah Sullivan is an Associate in the Commercial Litigation Practice in the Firm's Newark office.
Immediately prior to joining Saul Ewing, Sarah was an Associate at Sterns & Weinroth, P.C. where she worked on numerous aspects of civil litigation, including drafting procedural motions, answers to complaints, serving discovery, preparing discovery responses and defending depositions. She also drafted summary judgment motions in various areas of law, including general commercial disputes, professional malpractice (legal and insurance brokerage litigation), public contract law issues and copyright law.
While in law school, Sarah served as an intern for The Honorable Donald S. Goldman of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil Division. In this role, she wrote memoranda and draft opinions in products liability matters, commercial disputes, real estate litigation and New Jersey's Automobile Insurance Cost Reduction Act (AICRA)of 1998.
Sarah is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
