Bruce D. Armon, a Partner in Saul Ewing LLP’s Business and Finance Department and former Chair of its Life Sciences Practice Group, is currently the Managing Partner of the firm’s Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office. He also serves as the firm’s Hiring Partner.

Mr. Armon concentrates his practice in corporate healthcare law. He has assisted physicians, physician groups, hospitals, ancillary providers, pharmaceutical and nutritional companies and insurers in a host of matters including: drafting, editing and negotiating contracts, statutory and regulatory compliance matters including HIPAA implementation, fraud and abuse statutes, and payment and reimbursement issues.

He regularly lectures to a variety of medical audiences on healthcare-related legal issues, and writes articles and handbooks for multiple publications. He has been quoted in publications regarding healthcare legal and regulatory issues.

Mr. Armon is also active in the community, and serves on the boards of the Pennsylvania School for the Deaf, Adath Jeshuran Synagogue, and Partners for Kids and Families.
