Kate Crary is an Associate in the Personal Wealth, Estates and Trusts Practice Group where she concentrates her practice on estate planning and administration, will drafting and federal income, estate and gift taxation. Ms. Crary is also a contributing writer of Personal Wealth Law News, a law blog hosted by the Firm that reviews developments in areas of the law that help people to accumulate, preserve and pass on wealth.
Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Crary served as judicial clerk to the Honorable Paul S. Diamond of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. In this capacity, she prepared drafts of opinions, orders and bench memoranda on various topics in federal civil and criminal law.
While attending law school, Ms. Crary participated in Saul Ewing's summer internship program and was a judicial intern for the Honorable Theodore McKee of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the Honorable Joyce S. Kean, Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas. She was also a teaching assistant in Temple's Legal Research and Writing program.
Prior to attending law school, she served as the Annual Fund Coordinator for Pennsylvania Ballet.
