Burcat to moderate webcast panel discussion for ALI CLE & ELI Hydraulic Fracturing Series

Environmental Impacts of Shale Development and Hydraulic Fracturing: Key Legal Issues and Future Directions- State and Regional Regulatory Trends

Joel R. Burcat, partner and chair of the Oil and Gas Practice, will moderate a four-person panel discussion that will examine changes and trends in state and regional shale drilling and hydraulic fracturing regulations. This discussion is the third in a series of panel discussions sponsored by the ALI CLE and the Environmental Law Institute covering environmental law and policy issues facing companies, governments, activist groups, and citizens who are concerned about this critical area of our nation’s energy infrastructure.

The discussion will take place from 12:30 to 2 p.m. via webcast and teleconference.
