Elizabeth U. Witmer, a Partner in the Project and Resource Development Department in the Chesterbrook office and Co-Chair of the Real Estate Litigation Practice Group, was on the faculty for this Pennsylvania Bar Institute seminar.
The program, co-hosted by the PBI and the Real Property, Probate and Trust Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, provided a solid foundation in boundary law by highlighting important statutes and cases.
Ms. Witmer gave a 55-minute presentation titled, "Adverse Possession, Easements by Prescription, Consentable Lines." The seminar was held at Penn State Great Valley in Malvern from 8:30 a.m. until 12:45 p.m.
