RESPA Radio: Eye on Reform Series

Francis “Trip” X. Riley III, a Partner and Vice Chair of the Litigation Department, was on the faculty for this two-day, two-part audio seminar hosted by October Radio, that focused on the review, analysis and interpretation of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s new proposal to reform the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA).
Mr. Riley was one of the speakers for Part II of the seminar titled, “Eye on Reform – Mortgage Focus." The session covered the impact of the proposal on real estate brokers and their affiliates.
