Philip M. Bogart, special counsel in the Business and Finance Practice, was one of two panelists for this session that examined the legal aspects surrounding the intellectual property of an entrepreneurial enterprise. The presentation covered both the IP considerations, as well as business considerations.
The 2011 Entrepreneur Expo, a Global Entrepreneurship Week event, was the first large-scale event dedicated to promoting and celebrating the key to Maryland's innovation economy and its entrepreneurs. It took place at the BWI Airport Marriott in Linthicum Heights, Maryland.
