Join our presenters, Saul Ewing attorneys John P. Englert and Andrew T. Bockis, and guest speaker Louis Henry, of MJW Corporation, to learn what you need to know about NORM and TENORM. Topics will include:

- State and Federal regulation
- Health and safety issues
- Waste issues
- DEP’s NORM Study
The program will consist of a 30-minute breakfast/registration period, followed by the 90-minute presentation and discussion. The seminar will be held from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh/Southpointe, 1000 Corporate Center Drive, Canonsburg, PA 15317.
This program has been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for 1.5 hours of substantive law, practice and procedure CLE credit and 0 hours of ethics, professionalism or substance abuse CLE credit.
