Frederick D. Strober, Partner in the Project and Resource Development Department, Co-Chair of the Construction Practice Group and Philadelphia Office Managing Partner, is on the faculty for this two-day Law Seminars International seminar on real estate in Philadelphia.
Mr. Strober will give a 45-minute presentation titled, "Special Issues in Leasing in the Context of Public/Private Partnerships (Transactions Capitalized by Public Funds through Direct Grants, TIFs, PILOTs, IRBs, RDAs, and Community Grants)," on June 19 beginning at 4:15 p.m.
