Partners Paul M. Heylman, Steven J. Picco and William W. Warren, Jr. will be speakers at the American Association of Port Authorities Port Administration and Legal Issues Seminar.
On April 15, Heylman, a member of the International Business and Trade Practice Group, will discuss labor law issues; Warren, a member of the Construction Practice Group, will speak about minimizing and avoiding liability in port construction projects. On April 16, Picco, Vice Chair of the Project and Resource Development Department, will be a panelist in a discussion about environmental issues facing ports.
