Nagle, and Associate Christine Kenny, in the Labor, Employment and Employee Benefits Practice Group, are the presenters at the 2010 FMLA Master Class for Pennsylvania Employers, sponsored by Pennsylvania Employment Law Letter and M. Lee Smith Publishers.
This year’s program, “Overcoming Compliance and Employee Leave Challenges,” will be an interactive discussion covering topics pertaining to the future of family leave and related legislation, military leave legislation, criteria for serious health conditions, meeting FMLA notification deadlines, and coordinating FMLA with ADA, workers’ comp and state family leave laws when serious health conditions arise, among others.
