Firm welcomes Adam S. Zarren
December 5, 2011 – Saul Ewing LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Adam S. Zarren as partner in the Business and Finance Department and Corporate Group. He will practice out of the firm's Baltimore, MD office.
Adam advises individuals and growing small and middle market businesses, as well as large international firms, on general corporate, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, intellectual property, government contracts, contractual matters, real estate, and other business and personal related matters. He is adept at handling issues for start-up, early-stage, and other small and growth businesses in addition to transactions and other projects for middle market and large cap companies locally, regionally, nationally and internationally.
Adam was recently named a Baltimore “Legal Elite” by SmartCEO Magazine for 2011, a "Rising Star" of several local and national publications and is consistently recognized as one of the top young lawyers in his field.
He received his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law and his B.S. from Towson University. He also holds an M.B.A. from the University of Baltimore, Merrick School of Business.
