Firm welcomes Brian P. Kowalski
December 14, 2011 - Saul Ewing LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Brian P. Kowalski as partner in the Business and Finance Department and Public Finance Practice Group. He will practice primarily out of the firm's Princeton, NJ office, but will also support the public finance team in Philadelphia.
Brian serves as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel and trustee's counsel on various tax-exempt financings for municipal, water and sewer, economic development, energy, health care, higher education, housing, redevelopment, solid waste, and transportation projects. He has represented various municipalities and municipal utility authorities, counties and county improvement authorities, the state of New Jersey and various state authorities. His extensive experience includes new money and refunding projects, pooled transactions and transactions that use various types of credit enhancement such as bond insurance, letters of credit and guarantees.
He received his law degree from the University of New Hampshire, his master of laws degree in international law from the London School of Economics and Political Science and his bachelor of science degree from the University of Delaware.
