2013 SEC REPORTING RULES BOOKS, 23rd EDITION
A team of Saul Ewing securities lawyers, led by Partner Craig F. Zappetti, has edited its 23rd edition of SEC Reporting Rules books.*
As any professional familiar with SEC reporting rules knows, the SEC disclosure rules are complex and constantly expanding. For those responsible for filing reports with the SEC for public companies, the 2013 SEC Reporting Rules books are particularly helpful because they present the rules in one place in a user-friendly format. The books interweave Regulation S-K or the proxy rules, as applicable, with the text of the disclosure form, thus eliminating the need to use multiple sources to get the full disclosure requirements for a particular issue. In addition to Zappetti, Saul Ewing attorneys who contributed to the books include Patricia A. Gritzan, Justin B. Ettelson, Jonathan S. Cohen and Dawn D. Crowder.
The books include the 2013 SEC Reporting Rules for Forms 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K and 2013 SEC Reporting Rules for Proxy Statements, which are intended for use by most public companies. To download a copy of the SEC Reporting Rules book(s) that are right for you, click here.
