Firm receives top scores in ACC Value Index

February 8, 2010 - Saul Ewing clients who participated in the Association of Corporate Counsel's (ACC) new Value Index survey gave Saul Ewing the highest rating - a five out of five -- and all said they would use the firm again.

The ACC Value Index is a client satisfaction measurement tool rolled out last year that helps ACC members share information about the value they get from their outside counsel.

Using a 1-to-5 point-scoring system, ACC members are asked to rate their law firms on six criteria: Understands objectives/expectations, legal expertise, efficiency/process management, responsiveness/communications, predictable cost/budgeting skills and results delivered/execution. Clients reviewed Saul Ewing's health care, IP, litigation and real estate practices.
