  • Transition Plan Creation: This phase includes assessing the most effective means of transferring ownership, identifying successors and the appropriate timing of the transfer.
  • Tax and Estate Planning: We review strategies for minimizing income and estate taxes and d etermine the source of funds to be used for payment of taxes
  • Transition Plan Implementation: We manage the process of ensuring that the plan is put into action, including addressing any challenges that arise.
