David J. Falcone, an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group, was mentioned in an article about developer Cas Holloway’s project to construct an underground parking structure at 40 Louella Court. Earlier this week, the Radnor Township Planning Commission voted 7-2 to approve the structure and move it on to the Board of Commissioners for final approval. David is representing Cas Holloway.
