Thomas J. Jennings and his successful efforts to arrange an alliance between Bucks County and the Namdong District of Incheon in the Republic of Korea was highlighted in this issue of Connections.
Through his volunteer work with the International Visitors Council, Jennings, a Partner in the Environment, Energy and Utilities Department, was pivotal in arranging the alliance, which was established July 24, 2009 during a signing ceremony at the Pearl S. Buck House in Perkasie, PA.
