Managing Partner David S. Antzis Honored as “BTI Client Service All-Star"
(Philadelphia, PA, February 26, 2013) – Firm Managing Partner David S. Antzis has been recognized as one of the top attorneys in the country and is among an elite group of 24 Mergers & Acquisitions attorneys named to the BTI Client Service All-Star Team, a list that reflects the results of an annual survey of general counsels released by BTI Consulting Group.
Antzis is among 307 attorneys nationwide who earned a place on the BTI Client Service All-Star Team. It is a true achievement as the list is determined by in-house counsel from Fortune 1000 companies and other multibillion-dollar operations who name attorneys – unprompted and by name – as lawyers whose practices are built on extraordinary client service, citing their reliability, attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond expectations.
For the M&A recognition, Antzis is the only attorney in Pennsylvania named to the list.
Wellesley, Mass.-based BTI Consulting Group asked in-house Corporate Counsel and their direct reports to name attorneys with whom they do business who are the most client-savvy, and act quickly and effectively under the strain of an evolving marketplace.

Antzis earned his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law and his undergraduate degree, with highest honors, from Brown University.
