In this Petition for a Writ of Certiorari, filed in 2002 in the United States Supreme Court, Saul Ewing's clients owned valuable mineral rights in Clearfield County, Pennsylvania. The clients petitioned the Supreme Court to hear a case regarding the regulatory taking of their coal. Joel R.
