2012 SEC REPORTING RULES 22ND EDITION OF BOOKS

January 2012
Katayun I. Jaffari, Craig F. Zappetti, Co-Editors
Jonathan S. Cohen, Justin B. Ettelson, Patricia A. Gritzan, Jeffrey M. Lipschutz, Contributors

A team of Saul Ewing securities lawyers, led by Partners Katayun I. Jaffari and Craig F. Zappetti, has edited its 22nd edition of SEC Reporting Rules books.*

As any professional familiar with SEC reporting rules knows, the SEC disclosure rules are complex and constantly expanding. The 2012 SEC Reporting Rules books present the rules in a user-friendly format. The book is unique because it interweaves Regulation S-K or the proxy rules, as applicable, with the text of the disclosure form, thus eliminating the need to use two books to get the full disclosure requirements for a particular issue. Saul Ewing attorneys who contributed to the book include Justin B. Ettelson, Jeffrey M. Lipschutz, Jonathan S. Cohen and Patricia A. Gritzan, as well as John H. Chung, a former Saul Ewing associate.

The books include the 2012 SEC Reporting Rules for Forms 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K and 2012 SEC Reporting Rules for Proxy Statements, which are intended for use by most public companies. To download a copy of the SEC Reporting Rules book(s) that are right for you, click here.
