Portfolio Strategy Development and Patent Procurement

Saul Ewing’s patent group assists clients in securing and protecting their rights in commercially valuable intellectual and proprietary property through U.S. and international patent procurement. Our patent attorneys also counsel clients on patent licensing, joint ventures and research and development collaborations. The team also handles complex licensing transactions that frequently involve software, business method patents and other more traditional intellectual property assets.
