Alan G. Kipnis
Alan Kipnis has been a litigator and trial lawyer for more than 35 years. Alan advises and represents individuals, business entities, public and non-public companies, title companies, banks, real estate investment trusts, financial service lenders, manufacturers and municipalities in complex disputes and litigation nationwide. His experience includes contracts for real estate, business, commercial, international and domestic business matters. He also handles contract disputes, construction defect claims and related issues for the construction industry, as well as financial, Uniform Commercial Code and shareholder issues. His representation runs the legal gamut from court litigation to arbitration and mediation proceedings. Alan has handled numerous class action defense matters for public and non-public companies and has appeared as lead and co-lead counsel in some of the largest class actions in state and federal courts throughout the United States. Alan has been retained as special litigation counsel by corporate and municipal clients to provide strategic advice and legal guidance in both potential and ongoing litigation and disputes.
In addition to his litigation related activities, Alan provides clients with risk avoidance counseling and potential litigation due diligence when they face potential litigation. Alan has lectured to organizations and public companies on various issues and topics related to his practice.
