Alex P. Ferraro

Alex Ferraro assists clients with matters related to commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture financings, corporate governance and general corporate law. He also has experience with the negotiation of both commercial contracts and subcontracts for performance under federal governmental contracts.  His transactional work includes performing legal due diligence, drafting equity and asset purchase agreements, resolutions and other ancillary transaction documents and managing transaction closings.

Alex also counsels current and prospective federal government contractors and subcontractors throughout their lifecycles, including on matters such as entity formation, contract negotiations and management and corporate transactions. 

Prior to joining Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr, Alex was a corporate/transactional associate at a large, regional law firm in Pittsburgh.
