Angela defends and prosecutes claims involving business and contractual disputes, fraud, products liability, technology and IP disputes, and premises liability. She also advises on the management of crisis situations in an effort to circumvent litigation, collect and preserve evidence and data, and liaise with government agencies and third parties to minimize risk and avoid unjustified public perception. She acts as an adviser and solutionist with respect to liability, strategy, and public relations considerations for business transactions and disputes, is a skilled negotiator with a fundamental understanding of her client's business goals and needs, including the negotiation of commercial contracts, IP and media licensing, operational, sponsorship, vendor, leasing and other third party agreements. 

She serves as vice-chair of the Litigation Division for the American Bar Association (ABA) Forum on the Sports & Entertainment Industries, and is an industry leader in the use of social media and online content in the defense and prosecution of litigation. She also lectures and is a noted author on various topics and is often interviewed and regularly quoted by the following media outlets: CNBC, Wall Street Journal, Daily Business review (DBR), Bisnow, Los Angeles Times, Law360, and the Capitolist, among others. She is a prominent speaker and noted author, inclusive of co-creating and co-hosting the firm's YouTube series "Lawyers With Game" focused on the legal aspects of and trends with respect to eSports, video gaming, digital assets, and the metaverse. She also trains on crisis/incident management and litigation-related topics, blockchain, digital currency and NFTs. She  filmed a groundbreaking e-learning course "Sources and Phases of eDiscovery Data," the only professional certificate in this area bestowed by an accredited law school. Angela is also a founding member of Chief - a private membership network of women executive and C-suite leaders that has raised over $100 million in venture capital since its founding in 2019, and counts as its members influential female senior executive leaders at over 3,000 successful companies in the United States and abroad. 

For more than a decade Angela was affiliated with and acted as global chair of litigation for Interlaw, a Chamber's Elite Ranked International law firm network, whose membership includes full-service regional law firms in 80+ countries and 150+ cities worldwide.
