Ariel Deray assists businesses ranging from closely-held companies and family-owned operations to large corporations with complex commercial litigation. She has experience with matters involving corporate shareholder disputes, derivative actions, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, and class actions involving the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Ariel also handles disputes involving trusts and estates for individual clients.

Real estate investors and developers, condominium and homeowners' associations, and religious congregations rely on Ariel as well to handle real estate litigation and land use and zoning disputes. Her experience in this area of the law includes representing condominium and homeowners associations in claims involving Chapter 720, including disputes over enforcement of restrictive covenants, and claims over developers' rights.
