Brian Piper is a member of the Transactional Department in the firm's Miami office. He focuses his practice on real estate matters, including property sales and acquisitions, development projects, financings and leases. His experience includes drafting purchase and sale agreements, analyzing title, survey, and related due diligence documents, and representing lenders and borrowers in various real estate financing transactions. Brian is also proficient in forming business and real estate investment structures and drafting corresponding entity organizational documents, such as operating agreements, corporate bylaws, and partnership agreements.
While earning his J.D. at University of Florida Levin College of Law, Brian was a summer associate for the Firm. He also served as notes and comments editor for his law school's Florida Law Review.

Brian was a judicial intern for the Honorable Jonathan Goodman in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. In addition, he worked as a research associate for a commercial real estate firm in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Brian utilizes his academic and professional experience in law, real estate, and business to effectively represent clients in a wide variety of real estate and business transactions.
