Overview

Bridgitte Mott handles complex commercial litigation, real estate disputes, and professional malpractice matters primarily in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New York courts. Corporate clients rely on her to represent them in business tort claims, contract disputes, and corporate governance issues.


In addition to her commercial litigation work, Bridgitte represents institutions of higher education in connection with a range of issues, including civil rights claims, Title IX claims, OCR investigations, and tuition disputes. She also has experience with investigations to help colleges and universities identify their compliance with Title IX and other regulations governing public safety on campus.


Prior to entering private practice, Bridgitte completed a judicial clerkship at the Connecticut Superior Court.

While earning her law degree, Bridgitte interned at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York for the Honorable Thomas J. McAvoy.


Bridgitte gives back to the community by participating in Discovering Justice's "Stand Up For Your Rights," a program that involves teaching a 10-week course about the First and Fourth Amendments to Boston-area middle school students.
