Overview

Colleen Fox is a member of the Consumer Financial Services Litigation Group. Colleen represents financial institutions in defense of state and federal consumer protection claims, and has specific experience as lead counsel defending against claims under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Truth in Lending Act, Telephone Consumer Protection Act, New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act, and various other state and federal consumer protection statutes. Colleen also has a focus on real estate litigation, including representing title companies and real estate brokerages in an array of real estate disputes. In addition to traditional litigation in state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels, Colleen also represents clients in mediations, arbitrations, and has assisted in the negotiation of several favorable settlements.

Upon graduating from Wake Forest University School of Law, where she was on its Journal of Law and Policy and its Moot Court Board, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Mitchel E. Ostrer in the Superior Court of New Jersey's Appellate Division.
