He works with developers, home builders, landowners, and institutions seeking approvals from federal, state, and municipal agencies and boards, particularly in the City of Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs. His experience includes representing these clients at meetings and hearings throughout the zoning, land development, and appellate litigation process.

Daniel also handles real estate matters, including drafting deeds, agreements of sale, licensing agreements, easements, and other documents for use by clients. In addition, he represents clients in tax assessment and tax exemption appeals in Delaware and Montgomery County.
