Dan Wotherspoon assists with matters involving complex commercial litigation, particularly for companies facing medical and pharmaceutical product liability claims, business torts and contract disputes. He also has experience with consumer finance disputes and environmental matters. Dan's practice includes drafting pleadings, discovery requests and responses and dispositive motions. He also works as part of trial teams, including assisting with depositions, for cases in both state and federal courts.

Prior to graduating from Villanova University Law School, Dan was a judicial intern for the Honorable Jane Richards Roth of the Third Circuit Court of Appeals in Philadelphia. He also worked as a paralegal in the Health Care Fraud Unit of the U.S. Attorney's office in Boston.
