Dave Falcone concentrates his practice in leasing, commercial real estate transactions, acquisition and disposition matters, land use and zoning approvals and condominium formation and governance.
Dave has advised a wide range of clients from local land owners and developers to publicly traded REITS. Notably, he has represented several national and global REITs with large regional office portfolios with regard to leasing and transactional matters.
Dave also routinely appears before municipal governing bodies, zoning hearing boards and planning commissions in southeastern Pennsylvania and has secured zoning and land development approvals for a wide variety of clients, including regional and local developers of residential housing, public schools, banks, retail stores, industrial sites, and national telecommunications providers.
