David Kaminski is a seasoned, business-savvy corporate transactional attorney with experience in a broad range of corporate transactional matters. David has significant expertise counseling clients in finance transactions including structured/leveraged finance, asset based and cash flow loans, floor plan financing and dealer facilities, acquisition loans, tooling programs, real estate finance, mezzanine debt, subordinated debt, low income and subsidized housing loans, and equipment, commercial and industrial loans. David also has extensive experience in forming and negotiating joint ventures, preferred equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital.
Prior to joining the firm, David gained extensive experience representing and advising institutional lenders, banks and finance companies in all types of secured and unsecured financing transactions; preferred equity and mezzanine lenders in equity/debt transactions; sponsors, investment funds and high net worth clients in leveraged M&A transactions and investment opportunities; and real estate developers and operators in real estate investment matters. He held the position of general counsel for a specialty private finance firm concentrating in structuring investments and providing financial solutions for targeted institutional clients, overseeing all legal aspects of transaction investment decisions, structuring, and deal implementation.
