David Moses handles a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including white collar and intellectual property disputes. David's experience includes practicing in federal court advising brand pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies in litigation arising under the Hatch-Waxman Act. He has conducted numerous internal investigations and defended individuals and corporations in response to Department of Justice and Securities and Exchange Commission inquiries. David has also navigated discovery, taken and defended depositions, prepared witnesses, and argued motions in federal and state court.

Prior to attending law school, David worked as an editor and writer for Major League Baseball Advanced Media and Yankees.com.

  • Counsel brand pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies in ANDA litigation arising under the Hatch-Waxman Act.
  • Represented employee of medical device company in FCPA investigation by DOJ and SEC regarding alleged improper payments to foreign officials.
  • Advised Fortune 500 company in mediation proceedings arising out of breach of contract allegations regarding in-store advertising and marketing campaign.
  • Counseled life insurance providers in disputes over proceeds of life insurance policies.
  • Defended multiple pro-bono clients in criminal cases alleging violation of temporary restraining orders.
  • Drafted brief resulting in unanimous NJ Supreme Court opinion reversing murder conviction of a pro bono client based on confession obtained in violation of his right to remain silent.
