Diane Nobile helps international investors and owners with business interests in the United States navigate pre-immigration tax issues and tackle estate planning. She also advises clients on investments in U.S. real estate and enterprises with cross-border business. Drawing on more than 25 years of experience as an international tax and commercial real estate attorney, Diane focuses on assisting high net worth investors and multinational families in both the United States and abroad, non-resident aliens and investment firms, as well as real estate investors and individual buyers and sellers. In addition to advising clients on commercial real estate transactions, she helps them to choose corporate structures to hold investment properties, including triple net leases, and to understand the tax implications associated with their holdings.
Diane also advises clients ranging from multimillion dollar corporations to small family-owned businesses on an ongoing basis on business law in the United States, including formation, incorporation, transactions and contracts. Diane also handles litigation, including disputes involving breach of contract, partnerships and corporate and real estate contracts.
As a practitioner who previously founded and ran her own law firm for 10 years, Diane understands the importance of personalized service to suit the unique needs and goals of each client. Her work is also informed by her past experience in global wealth structuring and wealth management consulting for private banks, particularly for clients in Latin America, Asia and Europe, and in fund administration for a financial services company for clients in Latin America and Miami. Diane is also fluent in Portuguese and speaks conversational Spanish.
