Partner

As chair of the Firm’s Construction Practice, Don Rea works with clients and professionals across our 15 offices in a host of real estate, finance, construction and development matters. Over the course of his 25-year legal career, Don has represented clients in litigation and arbitration matters involving business disputes, construction defect, delay and acceleration claims, land development disputes, consumer class actions, and commercial lending. His clients include national retailers, commercial owners and developers, contractors, financial institutions, manufacturers, and material suppliers.

Don focuses on developing strategies with his clients to resolve disputes as cost-effectively as possible. These are the hallmarks of Don’s practice and approach to each matter he handles.
